How it Works
Buying direct from Grizzly Industrial® has never been easier. Using our friendly ordering process and our financially secure commerce server, you can place your order and we'll process it and quickly ship you the product! The following is an explanation of the steps involved.
Shipping and Handling Charges
(For Items Under 70 lbs.)
We make every effort to be exact with our photography, specifications and copy. We also hold prices for as long as we can. Sometimes errors do occur and we apologize for them. We reserve the right to make changes and correct errors to products and specifications at any time. We also reserve the right to limit quantities and change pricing. Thank you for your understanding.
Unfortunately, from time to time, we may be out of stock on one of the products you ordered. If you indicated that you do not want an item to be back ordered, that item will be canceled from your order, and you will be notified by e-mail. If you have indicated that you would like us to back order out of stock items, the remainder of your items will be shipped immediately. We will then notify you of the back order via e-mail and your credit card will only be charged for the items that ship. We will send you the back ordered item(s) as soon as they arrive and will charge your credit card when they are shipped.
Should you decide to return any of the items in your order, please contact Grizzly at email@example.com . We will require your name and e-mail address, as well as the order number from your packing list. We will contact you with return instructions. You may also call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-523-4777. Returns for refund or exchange must be within 30 days of purchase. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All returns must be in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.
All returns must have a return number on the outside of the package as our warehouse cannot accept C.O.D.'s or items without a return number. All returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee and merchandise must be shipped to us prepaid.
Grizzly warrants every product it sells for a period of 1 year to the original purchaser from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to defects due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, repairs, alterations or lack of maintenance. This is Grizzly's sole written warranty and any and all warranties that may be implied by law, including any merchantability or fitness, for any particular purpose, are hereby limited to the duration of this written warranty. We do not warrant or represent that the merchandise complies with the provisions of any law or acts unless the manufacturer so warrants. In no event shall Grizzly's liability under this warranty exceed the purchase price paid for the product and legal actions brought against Grizzly shall be tried in the State of Washington, County of Whatcom.
We shall in no event be liable for death, injuries to persons or property or for incidental, contingent, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
To take advantage of this warranty please call our customer service department at 1-800-523-4777. Proof of purchase must accompany the merchandise. The manufacturers reserve the right to change specifications at any time because they constantly strive to achieve better quality equipment.
