We have an immediate opening for a full-time Customer Service Representative.
The customer service representative will be responsible for the following functions:
Processing customer returns and
Processing freight claims
Issuing credits and replacement orders
Processing freight invoices for payment
Filing freight claims with carriers
Assisting customers with order details
Extensive customer interaction via telephone and email.
Individual must be computer literate, type at least 50 wpm, and have the ability to multitask. Excellent problem solving, attention to detail, communication and interpersonal skills are required.
