Immediate opening for a customer service/technical support representative for our Bullets.com division. Responsibilities include answering inbound calls, placing customer orders and responding to technical inquiries regarding shooting-related products. Ideal candidate must have previous customer service experience, in-depth knowledge of shooting and reloading, good typing skills, attention to detail, and be computer literate.
