We have an immediate opening for a Spanish-speaking customer service representative in our Bellingham, WA facility.   

 

Job Responsibilities Include:

  •  Handling direct calls and e-mails from customers  
  •  Processing orders and returns
  •  Translation of marketing materials from English to Spanish

 

Job Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both verbal and written
  • Computer literate, typing of 50 WPM, competence with Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as within a team
  • Detail oriented, organized and able to meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills
