“Holy cow!” is exactly what we said when we tested this 15" Vertical Metal-Cutting Bandsaw and its 18" big brother, the G0737. We were so impressed with the smooth, quiet operation that we had to add it to our already impressive lineup. Besides the high-quality construction throughout, such as cast iron wheels and super thick castings, this saw features digital speed readout, on-board blade cutting/welding/grinding station, work lamp, air blower at cutting area, rack-and-pinion blade guide adjustment, and key-lock switch. Cuts workpieces up to 10" high and has a 15" throat capacity. Why is the price so low? The simple mechanics of the Reeves-drive pulley delivers reliable variable-speed operation from single-phase power—without the cost of expensive electronics.
