Hard starting but wow 10/10/2015

Great drill press! The adjustability and precision of this machine are the best I have ever used or seen. Clamp down your work then move the bit exactly where you want it at any angle. Once dialed in it returns to square very quickly and easily. Only problem I have is that the motor will not start without spinning the chuck or the belt to help it. Once started it is fine and has good power with no belt slipping. Without this issue is without question 5 stars.
