This machine will thickness plane and sand simultaneously, or sand to a smooth finish if your material is already at final thickness. Either way you look at it, this machine does it all. The spiral cutterhead with 188 indexable carbide inserts effortlessly planes material to size and the 25" x 60" sanding belt provides a surface that’s ready for the spray booth. Vertically adjust the spiral cutterhead for unlimited control over the final finish, and when it’s time to rotate or replace the carbide inserts, the cutterhead slides out on a track and roller system. Combine all that with a variable speed conveyor and you’ve got a true production machine!
