Grizzly G1023SL Cabinet-Style Table Saw
If you budget is tight, consider the Grizzly G1023SL saw. It is solid and accurate, and does everything a 3-hp, 10-in. cabinet saw is supposed to do, but at a bargain-basement price. It is my choice as the best value among all the saws.
