Worth getting, but..... 11/12/2018

Overall it's a great piece to add to the mill. My only complaint is the FWD/REV switch feels a little chincy. Just waiting for this 3 position switch to fail, as it's manipulated many times a day. Got my eyes out for more robust feeling switch.

a little expensive compared to other power feeds , but good quality.

Works like a charm 11/9/2017

Its not exactly plug and play.. you will have to drill and tap your milling to install it.. but I guess that if you are buying a mill you have all the tools to do it ;)

Great item, great power feed for the 759 mill 10/20/2017

Quick shipping, on the total order,
seemed a little stiff after mounting,
but after some use, works like it should, a real time saver for long cuts
produces a fine finish on long cuts.

Well worth the time to install,
Instruction are a little vague and need to be upgraded,
other than this, a great power feed for the 759 mill.

Works Great 8/31/2017

It took a a little work to get it installed, but works great. Makes working with a mill much easier.

love it 8/11/2017

the first unit i bought had something wrong with it i called grizzly they paid to send it back and sent me a new one i used it quite a bit and i love it no more standing and turning the crank back and forth.

Every thing is great. I Think the Limit switch could be smaller.

Good Power Feed 7/21/2017

So after a couple of years of telling myself I need one of these, I ordered it. an it showed up four days later. I took it out of the box gave the manual a quick look an plugged it in.ran it in all directions, fast, slow, limit switches. all was good. After bolting it to my Mill I plugged it in an nothing !!! I found that the circuit board was bad. no DC out put. so I called grizzly customer service told them what I found. the person I spoke with was most understanding an willing to ship a circuit board that day. new part showed up in a few days, so I changed it out plugged it in all ok . bolted it to the mill an it worked forrrr about an hour, then nothing . after checking I found the forward, reverse switch failed. I picked up a new one at napa. it now works fine. all in all it is a good power feed compact design lots of torque the feed is smooth at all speeds.

Power feed a plus 9/2/2016

I recently purchased this power feed for my G0759. After I installation it works just fine.
I like it. It runs strong and quiet.
My problem was with the installation. The instructions are a bit incorrect.
Up through figure 5 it is fine. Do not proceed to figure 6 at this time.

You should go to figure 17 and 18. While end is off, the front dovetail is open, but will not be if you mount the power feed. This may be different on your mill. Some tables have open access to the front dovetail all the time.

Now we go back to figure 6 but first remove the end plate off the power feed.

Figure 7 shows going up through the bottom to mount and tighten the cap screws. That will be a very tight fit doing it all from the bottom.
Actually you can make use of a long hex wrench provided. (The long hex wrench is provided but not mentioned anywhere).
You put the screws in from the bottom and bring the hex wrench in from the end to screw in and tighten the cap screws. Then replace the end plate then the bottom as in figure 8.

Now we go on until we get to figure 14.
Grizzly usually provides everything needed to install the things they sell. At least for the things I have purchased, not this time.
They didn't provide the 3.3/#30 drill bit or the m4-7 metric tap. It's not that big of a deal for me, I just went to SAE tap and cap screws I had on hand.
My complaint about this is that it should have been mentioned either in the ad, or as you order, that you'd need the 3.3 drill bit and the m4-7 tap to use the screws provided.

The last alteration needed to mount the power feed on the G0759.
The DRO has a shield across the back of the table.
There is a mount on either end to hold the shield in place.
The mount on the left was screwed to the end plate removed in figure 4.
The DRO shield mount needs to have the hole elongated a bit to allow the mount to be lowered. This will keep the shield even across the back. You can use the corner screw to the back access plate on the power feed to hold the shield mount in place.
You will have to drill and tap the top hole on the shield mount also. By using the screw on the power feed it will move the mount 1/4 to the left.

If you are thinking about getting one of these and want to follow the alteration I have been talking about, click the Manual- PDF.
In the end, it wasn't hard it mount at all. I think this will be a big plus for my mill.
