Machinable wax is excellent for use in making prototypes, as a training aid material or for NC/CNC system set-up. Machinable wax is easier to use than plastic tooling boards or metals without sacrificing quality of finish, surface detail and accuracy of dimension. It is non-abrasive, reducing wear on your tools; non-toxic, producing dust-free chips; self-lubricating, elimating the need for coolants or cutting fluids; recyclable, reusable and able to be glued--including epoxies and urethanes.
