I have a 10" Grizzly table saw that I bought in 1988. The start / stop switch welded shut and I could not turn off this saw without unplugging it. Without this switch I would have had to do extensive modification to the saw in order to install another switch. It would have been a bargain at 3X the price

yes I'd recommend it - its an exact replacement for a part on a legacy machine. I was in the middle of building the doors for my new shop when the swith on my table saw decided to burn out. The manufacturer said that the part was no longer available, but when I went to Grizzley (my go- to place for keeping all my equipment running) I found not just a close replacement that would work, but the exact same product right down to the part numbers. I was thrilled and delighted. It was more than reasonable in price and shipped quickly. I was back to work in no time at all.

works great

I have installed this on our Wilton belt sander and its working just fine, having the large stop paddle improves a safety stop option should an emergency occur.

I was pleased with the quality of this product. worth more than the price I paid.

Switch works okay, mounting screws do not fit a standard electrical box.

requires an extra large box to fit in which i had a little difficulty finding, but otherwise works quite well

The paddle switch was broke on my craftsman cabinet saw and the replacement was twice as much as I could get the exact same switch at Grizzly Thank you

Decent switch

Replacement for my Griz cabinet saw. Straight up replacement. Works well/as designed.

Tough fit

The switch works fine & hard to beat for the $$. If installing in a handy box you'll need an extension. Wiring requires ring terminals which either stick out sideways or to the rear too much to fit box. Unlike American switches with clamp style terminals on the switch. I put on a drill press so paddle feature less necessary. Doing again, I would spend the extra for easier wiring. Switch does seem to be good quality though.

Good switch

I had to do a lot of grinding and filling to get this switch to fit in a deep electrical box, but it is worth the trouble. It may fit better in a different box. Works great with my 2hp tablesaw. I like the safety of being able to kick the saw off with my knee if needed, without letting go of the wood.
