Along with this, the blade geometry, speed, and optimum feedrate force almost all of the heat generated by the cut into the chip, keeping the workpiece and blade cool. And any residual heat is taken care of by the coolant system. This machine has a blade speed of only 50 RPM, auto blade coolant, quick release work vise with spinner handles, work stop, auto-retract guard and stand. And with a 1-1/4 horsepower motor, it’s got enough muscle to cut through just about anything!
