We have an immediate opening for a Human Resources Assistant in our Springfield, MO facility.
Coordinate all aspects of the staffing and onboarding process, including advertising, scheduling interviews, conducting pre-employment checks, and conducting new employee orientations.
Maintain and track employee timecards and attendance.
Assist in processing payroll.
Support the safety program, including conducting inspections, maintaining records and reporting, and delivering safety-related training.
Complete various HR-related reporting.
Administrative and clerical duties.
Work closely with employees and managers to answer questions and resolve issues.
Two years’ experience in a related field
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Type 50 wpm
Strong interpersonal skills
