Upgrade to this mill/drill and have all of the great features shown on G0463 and add a tilting head, a multifunction digital scale on the quill, a quick reversing tapping feature, push button speed control and digital speed display. With this machine you can quickly tap one hole or dozens of holes! Press the button, start the tap and when the thread is completed, push another button and the spindle quickly reverses, withdrawing the tap from the hole. And there won't be any question about proper spindle speed! Run the RPM up or down to best suit your tooling/material and be confident that you'll have fewer worn or broken tools.

This machine will make you happy! 04/13/2019 3:38:40 AM

This mill is a sound investment for home benchtop machinists. The quality of the components that make up this machine are excellent. It is heavy duty enough for reasonable cuts in tough materials using good cutting tools with the work clamped properly to the table. Be prepared to purchase a proper set of clamps and good table vise if you dont already have them. The work I have done in the short time I have this mill have met my expectations and I am very satisfied with this purchase.

For those who are just getting started the owners manual is a bit brief. An example, the spindle depth module is independently powered by a battery. The mill comes shipped with a thin plastic insulator under the battery in the battery holder. If this is not removed, the module will never work. Nowhere is any of this mentioned in the manual. There are also no illustrations of where the battery holder is. A quick call to Grizzly tech support and they will make you aware of this of course. You can download the manual before you buy. Go over it and ask questions if you decide to make the purchase.

I bought this mill in order to take care of small tasks. I checked the tram of the mill and it was only off by .004" over a 9 inch swing. The mill runs smoothly and performs it's job very well.

The mill was shipped to me via UPS freight. The tracking went smoothly until it left Spokane WA. They show that it left there and was enroute to Kalispell, MT. For a few days there was no update. I called UPS customer service and they found it in the yard of their contract freight company. Nobody from UPS bothered to call me to arrange delivery. The mill would still be there if I didn't call around. I went over and had them set it in my truck with a forklift and took it from there. I never had this problem If Grizzly used FedEx freight like they did with the previous machine purchase I made a couple of years ago.

Good bench mill 08/16/2017 2:18:51 PM

Good machine overall. Steady, stable and has good tolerances, consistent power output. Pictures and details are a bit misleading. The lowest hand dial appears to be a table Z axis feed (knee). But it is actually ahead height adjustment... being on a micrometer and with a micrometer quill it works good enough however..just have to get used to it... Only feature I wish it had is a micrometer adjustable depth stop.

Very nice mill, quieter than I expected; stable and true.

Got the G0619 after comparing mill/drills for a year. Was going to get the G0704, but changed my mind after reading about the plastic drive wheel issues. What I especially like with the G0619 is the brushless motor and the belt drive. If it had the turning knob for speed adjustment it would be perfect. Built my own stand, as I was told none was available from Grizzly.
