Haven't had this long enough to give an honest review yet.
Will check in later, JOG not working, the Grizzly Engineers in Washington are working on the issue.
Update: JOG; I don't use the JOG yet; suspecting a key switch concern.
All other functions about my G0845P is working fine. Originally, I had difficulty getting the shear to shear full 48"width 10-gauge when set according to the chart riveted to the machine. With the assistance from the grizzly engineer, I/we stepped through several possibilities. Final discoveries indicate the blade-gap chart was not working for my machine. Once this discovery was made the shear cuts full 48" width 16, 11 AND 10-gauge material when blade-gap is set properly, the 10-gauge material capability is what sold me on this machine. I am pleased with this G0845P shear now, Originally I was skeptical that I made a good decision.
Through this investigative research I've come to the realize just how critical blade-gap is, which it may be true with all sheet-metal shears. Now that I know the proper setting for the three thicknesses of material I will be utilizing; I can recommend this unit, if you are so inclined to have a powered sheet-metal shear in your shop or home shop. Each time I use it I appreciate it a little more.
I would have been much happier (maybe ecstatic even) had I NOT got caught in the tariff cross fire.
Thank you Grizzly for your assistance and patients in getting me up and going.
