Overview

The Grizzly Horizontal Slot Mortiser is a must-have if you build custom furniture, custom cabinetry or produce any kind of woodworking that requires mortise-and-tenon joinery.

The Grizzly Horizontal Slot Mortiser incorporates a router mounted on its side with the work piece clamped to a multi-axis sliding table. Use it to quickly cut mortises for traditional mortise-and-tenon or 'loose tenon' joinery, and easily cut angled mortises—no elaborate jigs and fixtures required!

Adding this Horizontal Slot Mortiser to your shop will dramatically increase your capability, production, and efficiency.

The Grizzly Horizontal Slot Mortiser is covered by the Grizzly one-year warranty from date of purchase and access to the Grizzly US-based product support department.

I purchased this machine to be able to do mortises professionally. It meets my objectives. I would buy it again!

This is just what I needed. 08/22/2018 9:16:46 PM

I have had this machine for several weeks and like it a lot. I have cut a lot of mortises already and it is a pleasure to use. I am currently building chairs and this is working well for this. I don't use the miter fence, it doesn't seem to be very useful. I re-used the miter fence mounting holes for a simple plywood fence/stop block.
