I got the saw last year mainly to do pruning on my apple tree, as it's a lot lighter than my other Craftsman reciprocating saw, and I wanted the lighter weight while climbing in the tree. The saw was backordered for a long time, but I waited it out several months and finally got it. It works well and is light, like I wanted, but most of my blades will not fit properly, and the type for pruning won't fit and lock into place. It seems that this saw doesn't like most of the blades I have, even though the shape where the blades go into the saw look exactly the same. I think it is an issue with the thickness of the blades. I have some DeWalt blades which work fine, but they are thinner blades. Turns out I can't use it for what I wanted to, but for some other things it works.
