Replaced the disintegrating factory wheels on my G0691 cabinet saw with metal wheels. Hopefully no more problems in the future.

Works as a replacement/ upgrade for G7314Z Composite Wheels 02/27/2019 4:14:30 PM

My shop is unheated and I rarely move the tablesaw. All the composite wheels on my G7314Z had begun to delaminate. I chose these as a replacement/ upgrade; no more flat spots or chunks of rubber fouling the castor. Easy change over, all the bolt holes lined up without complaint.

Heavy Duty Casters 04/26/2018 2:01:09 PM

These things are stout. Real strong heavy duty casters with a lot of weight to them.

The hard rubber wheels on my original Table saw shop fox base finally came apart after 20 years. These iron wheels should last forever. The roll just fine.

Grizzly Offers Fix For Design Flaw 12/13/2017 6:07:57 PM

I had previously purchased the Grizzly 1023 table saw & HD roller frame. This is a fairly heavy machine, and recently when moving the saw to the center of the floor in my shop two of the caster wheels "threw a tread". Clearly the original caster wheels were inadequate for this much weight, as the current Grizzly catalog for the replacement wheel listing acknowledges. These are small casters, and the tight design of the welded-on caster bracket does not allow installation of larger diameter HD casters. To Grizzly's credit it now offers an upgraded caster assembly having cast iron wheels that fits the existing brackets to correct this problem. This is far from a precision product, and I would have preferred larger rubber-tired wheels with a higher load rating, but this is an adequate fix.

Solved my issue 06/06/2017 3:30:29 PM

Bought these casters to replace the original casters under my table saw. The original composite wheels had begun to crumble after about a decade. Using a pry bar and riser blocks, I was able to replace the original casters (one at a time) without removing the saw from the mobile base. There are a few inconsistencies in the wheel castings which could lead to a slightly bumpy ride but I shouldn't have to worry about them crumbling.
