G1036 Slow-Speed Grinder
Description
This superb grinder is an absolute must for any shop - metal or woodworking. Large 10" x 2" white stone turns at 70 R.P.M. and runs in a water bath. Simply indispensable for sharpening knives, chisels, etc., while still keeping temper on the edges. The smaller stone is 4-1/2" x 3/4" and spins at 3450 R.P.M. This stone is excellent for general purpose grinding of drill bits, lathe tool bits, etc. Motor is 1/4 H.P., 110V. Quick-setting tool rest on large stone is easy and fast to adjust to proper angles. The smaller, fast stone comes with eyeshield and tool rest. Worm gear drive mechanism operates both stones at the same time. Weighs only 32 lbs.
