Amana T32914 - 10" x 5/8" x 80T M-TCG Electro-Blu Non-Melt Plastic Blade

When cutting acrylics and plastics, "chip-welding" – a melting of the material is a concern. But not with these Non-Melt blades. With a modified triple-chip grind and a 2° negative hook angle, they produce less heat than a standard blade, leaving a crisp and smooth edge.
Excellent for Cutting:
  • Plastics
  • Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS)
  • Acetal
  • Acrylic
  • Acrylic Sheets
  • Alupanel®
  • Copolymer
  • Coroplast®(A soft plastic cardboard made with super soft super flexible PVC)
  • Correx Boards
  • Corrugated Polypropolyne
  • Delrin
  • Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate
  • Foam Board
  • Gatorfoam®(A polystyrene foam board bonded between two layers of Luxcell® wood-fiber veneer.)
  • High Density Polyethylene (HDPE)
  • High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS)
  • High Pressure Laminates (HPL)
  • Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE)
  • Lucite®
  • Mechanical/Engineered Plastics
  • Nitrile Rubber
  • Nylon
  • Perspex® Cast Acrylic Sheet
  • Plastic Laminate Flooring
  • Plexiglas®
  • Poly (methyl methacrylate) PMMA
  • Polycarbonate (Lexan™)
  • Polyethylene (PE)
  • Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET)
  • Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol-Modified (PETG/PET-G)
  • Polypropylene (PP)
  • Solid Surface
  • Styrene-Acrylonitrile
  • Styrene-Butadiene Rubber (SBR)
  • Styrene-Isoprene-Styrene (SIS)
  • Teflon®
  • Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO)
  • Trespa® Meteon®(Decorative high-pressure compact laminate (HPL) with an integral surface.)
  • Ultra High Molectular Weght Polyethylene (UHMWPE)
  • Wood

    Benefits of Electro-Blu™ Coating
  • Reduces resin accumulation and heat build-up
  • Tips stay sharper longer resulting in extended blade life
  • Applied by using an electrostatic bonding process

    Specifications:
  • Diameter: 10" (250mm)
  • Teeth: 80
  • Bore: 5/8"
