These 120-grit sanding belts are perfect for use with 25" x 60" wide-belt sanders.
A 120-grit sandpaper is a medium abrasive commonly used to prepare slightly rough surfaces, like bare wood or painted surfaces, for a finer sanding by sanding down rough surfaces. It is also ideal for removing small imperfections and smoothing out rough edges.
These belts feature tough aluminum oxide grain on a cost-effective X-weight polyester backing. The X-weight offers a superior balance of strength and flexibility, making it a versatile choice for various sanding tasks.
This allows you to achieve excellent results in stock removal and finishing, while keeping costs down. It is important to sequence your sanding from a lower number to a higher number without bypassing more than one grit. Doing so may not remove the marks from the rougher grit.
