Made with premium Zirconia Alumina abrasive grains, the T34022 Sanding Belts are for weld removal and the finishing of ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
Zirconia abrasive excels in fast material removal and achieving desired finishes, making it ideal for aggressive sanding and heavy stock removal.
100-grit paper is a moderately fine abrasive used for further refining surfaces after initial sanding. It helps smooth out imperfections and is suitable for light material removal. This grit level provides a good compromise between smoothing and maintaining a decent material removal rate.
It is important to sequence your sanding from a lower number to a higher number without bypassing more than one grit. Doing so may not remove the marks from the rougher grit.
The 3" x 79" size is ideal for use on knife grinders–especially on the Grizzly G0489, G0952, and the G0972.
