Lettered bits increase in size from A–Z. Although not included here, numbered bits (T34127) precede lettered bits in size and range from 60 (smallest) to 1 (largest).

These bits are made of M35 HSS alloy, containing 5% cobalt, allowing increased hardness compared to regular HSS (high-speed steel) drill bits. This hardness helps maintain the cutting-edge sharpness and extends the lifespan of the drill bits.

Additionally, the 5% cobalt enhances the drill bits' heat resistance, allowing them to withstand higher temperatures during drilling. This is particularly beneficial when drilling into tough and hard materials.
