This is a replacement cutter for the T10169 Adjustable Circle Cutter.
The HSS 3/16" x 3" tool bit is double ended. Just flip it over and use the other edge when needed.
HSS (high-speed steel) has been heat treated for hardness and wear resistance, which keeps a sharp edge longer than other carbon steels.
Always use the appropriate cutting speed for the circle diameter to prolong tool life.
