DC1660 1/2" 14° Dovetail Pattern 1/4" Shank

A 14° dovetail bit is a type of router bit to cut dovetail joints with an 14-degree angle between the tails and pins of the joint.

The 14° bit produces steeper and narrower tails and pins compared to an 8° dovetail bit.

Dovetail joints are commonly used in woodworking to provide strong and durable connections when joining two pieces of wood together at right angles.

Used for cutting when a pattern is mounted on top of the workpiece.
