Recently purchased the G0703 dust collector and so far I am very impressed. There was not a lot of assembly required and the instructions were very easy to follow. I hooked it to my existing dust collection piping and was amazed of how well it collects dust from my various woodworking machines. I really expect this machine to cut down on the amount of dust in my shop. If I have one nit picking issue with the G0703 is that I would like to have a site window in the collection bin so I have a better idea when the collection bin is full.

Haven't been able to use it yet. 08/16/2018 2:44:09 PM

Can't offer a recommendation at this time. It was originally lost in shipment by UPS. When I finally got it the circuit board did not work. Grizzly shipped me a new one immediately at no charge but I haven't been able to swap the boards out yet. I had planned to have it up and running but the shipping delay conflicted with my cataract surgery. I can't go near dusty places (my shop) to avoid infection for a month after I have my next cataract surgery. That surgery is next week. Note: assembly is easy but the instructions give the wrong nut/bolt size in at least once instance. You will need a minimum of two strong men to stand it up on its wheels as it is heavy and weight is not evenly distributed. I used my engine hoist while my wife helped steady it. It is compact and sits next to my table saw. As a side note UPS (Central California) is having problems. The last 3 orders from Grizzly had problems: 1st-one of two boxes totally destroyed (had to have new one shipped to me) while the 2nd box was torn open and pallet broken up; 2nd- box torn up and open; 3rd -lost in shipment. None of this was Grizzly's fault and the service to rectify the issues was impeccable. On another note, I just found out that my third machine purchased from Grizzly since June will be subject to Trump's China tariff & will cost me additional. I thought all Grizzly's machines came from Taiwan but that's not the case for the 8 inch jointer I have back ordered. Grizzly has been great (service) and I have several of their wood working machines that are 20-30 years old. I am in the process of replacing them as the new ones are set up for dust collection. I am a retired hobbyist.

Excellent for a small shop 07/19/2018 6:23:37 PM

I have a small basement shop with a low ceiling. This dust collector fits right in and has plenty of power. I use it for all my machines and even to vacuum the floor. Doesn't bother my wife when she is in the living room watching TV either.

A recommendation for you consideration 10/25/2017 5:21:39 PM

I think you should offer purchasers the choice of 110 or 220 volt circuit boards. You ship the machine with a 110 circuit board, but a power cord that is designed for a large 220 plug--indeed it is almost impossible to fit in a 110 plug. The extra charge and inconvenience doesn't make sense. In my case, with shipping, the additional cost of switching to 220 will not be trivial.

I don't yet know how well the machine works.

Fantastic machine! Performs flawlessly and as advertised! 10/05/2017 7:08:55 PM

Had a minor hiccup in the delivery of my dust collector but Grizzly's customer service was second to none in resolving the issue! I can't say enough on the quality of the machine itself! I truly believe that if you are looking for a quality piece of equipment at a very reasonable cost, you get the most for your hard earned money at Grizzly. Top it off with unparalleled customer service and you won't be disappointed, and you'll be a Grizzly customer for life!!!

I've had this dust collector for three years and it has performed well. I use it mainly for my Sawstop and my Grizzly 15" planer. I've had no issues until today when the remote stopped working. Apparently the remote is presently on backorder. It's good for a one man small shop since the barrel is smallish and fills fast.
