I finally received my unit after it had been on back order for several months. When I opened the box and prepared to assemble the unit, I soon discovered that there was no hardware package included with the unit. I contacted customer service and the agent I spoke to said he would get the required hardware out to me right away. I received a box from Grizzly a few days later with enough hardware to assemble the base of the unit, and with the help of a friend, I was able to lift the unit onto the base and bolt it down. When I tried to attach the adjusting wheel to the unit, I discovered the bolt that I was sent was to large. I again contacted Grizzly customer service, and informed them of my problem. I gave them the part numbers I needed, from the units owners manual. A few days later I received another box, that contained the same over sized bolt that I had received before, that did not fit. At this time I adapted hardware that I had to make final assembly. I really like the unit, and it does a great job, but I am rather disappointed with the support. It is sad when you can not supply the correct parts, even after I provided the correct part number, straight out of the owners manual.
