The H8280 Boring Bar is just about the only way to get precision bores and spec’d finishes in the toughest alloys when facing those blind bore ends or shoulders.

It features flats on the shanks for holding the carbide inserts.

Inserts are not included. The H8340 Carbide Inserts for aluminum and cast-iron or the H8338 Carbide Inserts for steel, stainless, and cast-iron are available.

Uses hardened Torx® screw for securing inserts. Torx® wrench included.

The H8280 comes with a 1-year warranty assuring the set is free from factory defects.
