H8301 3/4" Shank, Left-Hand Internal Threading Boring Bar

Boring bars made to exacting specifications for rigidity and reach.

The H8301 Boring Bar allows you to thread internally right up to a shoulder or blind hole when a tap is not available.

Right hand threads are generated from the inside to the outside while left hand threads start from the outside and cut in with the spindle in reverse.

Not for use on lathes with threaded spindles.

Inserts are not included. The H8349 Carbide Inserts for steel, stainless, and cast-iron are available.

Uses and includes hardened Torx® screw for securing inserts.

The H8301 comes with a 1-year warranty assuring the set is free from factory defects.
