H7250 100-1/2" x 3/16" x .025" x 4 TPI Skip Bandsaw Blade

An economical 100-1/2" carbon steel skip blade for general cutting with all-round performance.

Skip blades have regularly spaced teeth at 0° rake angle with wide, flat gullets. This configuration leaves a clean cut and helps prevent clogging when cutting soft wood, non-ferrous metals, and plastics.

We sell skip blades in 4 TPI versions. The more teeth per inch on the blade, the smoother the cut will be.

These blades have the same shape as raker blades, but without over other tooth comparatively. This makes for a faster and more aggressive cut, but is not as clean.

Width is an important factor when considering a new blade. The typical range is as small as 1/8" wide to 3/4" wide. The skip blades we sell are 3/16" wide blade is great for contour sawing with a minimum radius of 5/16".

The flex back blade helps with absorbing the stresses of contour sawing. It is heat-treated at the teeth, leaving the back with more flexibility for movement through the material.

The 100-1/2" length blade fits some 14" bandsaws. Choosing the correct blade for your 14" bandsaw can seem like a helpless task. Using the incorrect blade can dramatically affect your bandsaw’s operation. Consult the manual of your bandsaw to confirm if the H7250 100-1/2" x 3/16" x .025" x 4 TPI Skip Bandsaw Blade makes sense for your needs.
