Professional-grade edge sanding.
The W1730 Oscillating Edge Sander has a vertically and horizontally adjustable table and a 0°–90° tilting platen for a full range of adjustment for custom applications.
This edge sander has a 2 HP motor, and vertically oscillates the 6" x 89" belt three-quarters of an inch fifty-two times per minute.
The cast-iron auxiliary table provides space for edge sanding as well as spindle sanding with the spindle sanding attachment.
Complementing features to best utilize the adjustment range of the W1730 are a T-slot cast-iron table, a 180° adjustable miter gauge, and a removable fence.
Three non-oscillating spindle sanding drums, measuring 1-1/2", 2", and 3" in diameter are included for sanding smaller contoured surfaces.
Other features include a 180° adjustable miter gauge, two 4" dust ports, powder-coated finish, and a removable fence.
A full range of replacement belts are available.
