Joe is a self-taught driftwood sculptor in Bow, Washington, Skagit County. He has made numerous dogs, horses, dinosaurs, dogs, birds, dragons, and more using his Grizzly bandsaw. He displays them in his sculpture garden by his home at 6751 Worline Road.
